Car insurance services
According to the Law, the civil liability insurance from a car accident covers the civil liability towards third parties of the owner, the owner and every driver (or assistant driving or person in charge) of the insured car, in the event of a traffic accident caused by their fault and is mandatory.
The obligation to insure civil liability from the traffic of a vehicle exists permanently and for every vehicle with a traffic license and license plates, without this depending on whether the vehicle is moving or operating, unless the immobility procedure has been observed.
In practice, this means that only if the registration plates of a vehicle have been deposited (that is, the immobility procedure prescribed by the State has been observed) the obligation to insure it ceases to exist.
